Beginner Guide: Training, Seeds and Your First Fruit
Follow the visible hub route from Power training to stage battles, seed collection and the Greenhouse.
§Get your bearings at the hub#
The recorded starting hub has a large Stage 1 entrance, a blue training lane, an Upgrade stand and a Sell stand. Index, Rebirth, Backpack and Levels appear on the left of the screen. The health and level bars sit along the bottom.
Train before entering the fight. In the recording, repeated Power gains appear while the character stands on the blue lane. Treat the displayed gain as your current result: equipped items, boosts and progression can change it.
§Enter a stage and gather seeds#
Walk into the stage entrance and use the battle area to earn progress. The run interface displays End Run at the top. Watch the red health bar while fighting; if the enemies take too much health, return to preparation before pushing further.
Seeds appear as named drops on the battle floor. Collect the ones you need for a Greenhouse batch, and check the backpack counter. A later frame shows 2/5 occupied slots, so capacity can differ from the initial 0/4 display.
§Turn your drops into an upgrade#
At the Greenhouse, choose Fruit, fill the seed selection and read Preview before pressing Grow. The visible screen requires a minimum of four seeds and offers up to ten in a batch. Your selection changes the displayed Seed Multiplier and the preview distribution.
Repeat the process in Haki Armor mode when you need defensive equipment. Fruit and armor have separate preview lists. Check the result panel and your loadout after a grow before entering the next run.
§When progress slows#
Choose one bottleneck at a time. Slow enemy clears call for more Power or a different fruit. Taking too much damage calls for reviewing armor and health. A full bag calls for a trip back to the hub and a decision about which seeds to use or sell.
Claim ready rewards when they appear. The recording shows a reward chest with a ready count, plus Index and Levels indicators. Inspect each reward in your current version; this guide does not promise a fixed payout.

What should I do with my first seeds?
Bring at least four to the Greenhouse, choose Fruit and compare the preview before using Grow.
Why does my backpack fill up?
Collected drops use bag capacity. Check Backpack and return to the hub to use or review your seeds.
