Rebirth and Training: Prepare for Your Next Run
Find the Rebirth control, read its current requirement and review training gains before resetting progress.
§Find Rebirth and your current progress#
Rebirth is the green panel beside Index on the left of the recorded interface. Its label includes the current rebirth count, while a percentage appears above it. In the early recording the count changes from 1 to 3 and later to 4.
The percentage in that panel is a UI progress indicator. It should not be read as a guaranteed multiplier or an unlock level. Open the actual Rebirth menu to see the current requirement before making a reset decision.
§Check what a reset will cost#
The official description says rebirth gives bigger boosts, but it does not list everything the reset removes or preserves. The available early screenshots show the menu entry rather than a complete confirmation panel. We therefore do not claim that seeds, fruit, armor, gold or levels always survive.
Before confirming, read every item in the reset summary. Finish any seed batch you want to use only after checking whether the relevant inventory persists. Keep your current stage goal in mind if the reset would interrupt a nearly completed run.
§Compare your training before and after#
The blue training lane is visible in the hub, with Power gains floating beside the character. The recording shows +156 per tick at one point. Other frames show lower gains, so this is evidence of changing progression rather than a fixed starting rate.
To evaluate a rebirth, compare the same training location with the same equipment and active boosts. Record the gain before and after, then decide whether the next run reaches your previous stage more comfortably. Temporary training boosts can make an unfair comparison.
§Choose between another fight and a rebirth#
If you are still clearing stages and collecting the seeds you need, another run may help complete the current upgrade. If progress has stalled, inspect Rebirth and compare its offered boost with the time needed to rebuild. This is a decision method, not a universal fastest route.
The late-game video includes rebirth use and a new summon system, but exact reset rules can change. A full requirement table remains unverified. Use the in-game menu as the final check for your account.
